But the ultimate benefits of mediation is mindfulness, a quiet rebellion against the to-do list. Mindfulness mediation is about closing a few of those tabs in your brain’s browser to help you better manage stress. It’s about letting go of the past and putting the future on hold so that we can focus on the present where life actually happens. 

 

Mediation is a lot like going to the gym. You can’t just think about going. You actually have to go. And you have to keep going to see results. We make it easy for you to both. Our inviting studio, welcoming community and guided group mediation will help you establish a mediation practice you can stick to. We all dream of aging like fine wine, getting better and better as the years progress. And we all know that this dream is rarely realized, growing old comes with its fair share of losses and challenges. The good news is that there are steps we can take right now to make the goal of aging gracefully more attainable. Mindfulness training is one of those steps, research has clearly shown that regular meditation comes with a wide range of physical, mental and emotional health benefits should particularly interest seniors. Our Positive aging class is a personal practice in a group setting that teaches you the tools to gracefully aging.

Meditation, Yoga & Movement, Nutrition, Stress Management, Self-Love & Mindfulness.

Created for the Gifted, Intellectual Disability Community, (special needs) this program is ideal for those who want to gather to make friends, grow, and find more peace. This is an experience not a class. The individuals who participate experience life-changing moments. Each session is 6 weeks, however it is recommend to renew attendance so the tools taught can build a foundation that will be carried for a lifetime. Rooted Warriors is a program that has its foundation in holistic wellness – a factor that makes us different from other organizations.
